The Editorial Board should select two reviewers among the expert and specialized professors in each field of study. They review the study or research and determine its suitability for publication according to a precise reviewing model.
In case of disagreement between the reviewers, the research or study should be submitted to a third reviewer chosen by the Editorial Board. The report of the research should be on the basis of the acceptance of the research for publication or rejection of publication.
When the reviewers agree to publish the research or study after conducting modifications in the formulations or some simple methodological matters, the Editorial Board should make such modifications on behalf of the researcher or the author of the study if so desired. When the reviewers are required to make substantial modifications, they are returned to their owners accompanied by a copy of the arbitration reports to make the modifications themselves.
When the reviewers agree to reject publishing the research, the research should be returned to the researcher with a copy of the reviewers' reports. The researcher should bear only the costs of reviewing and correspondence.
